Unpaved overflow parking is available behind the property and can be accessed via the alley. The gate unlocks from inside the yard. • Amplified sound equipment that produces audible sound beyond the property line of the premises is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. • There shall be no congregation of occupants outside the premises between the hours of 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. • Parties or advertised events are strictly prohibited. • Trash shall not be placed on the curb prior to 7:00 pm on Tuesday evenings for Wednesday pickup. Please remove bins to the back yard before Thursday. Both trash and recycling are picked up on Wednesdays.
